Consumer Subscription Terms

Effective Date: June 23, 2026  ·  Company: SecureFi, Inc.

Overview

These Consumer Subscription Terms apply to paid SecureFi.AI plans, free trials, promotional offers, founding member offers, friend and family founder codes, organization-sponsored access, plan limits, billing, cancellation, and related subscription features.

These Subscription Terms supplement the SecureFi.AI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the general Terms of Use regarding paid subscription billing, these Subscription Terms control for that issue.

Subscription Plans

SecureFi.AI may offer free plans, paid personal plans, paid professional plans, paid advisor plans, paid family plans, paid organization plans, founding member plans, promotional plans, beta plans, trial plans, and other plans.

Available plans, prices, features, check-in limits, AI Advisor limits, Evidence Pack limits, data broker tracking features, Advanced Threats access, family features, organization features, and billing periods will be displayed at the time of purchase.

SecureFi.AI may modify, add, remove, rename, or retire plans prospectively.

Free Plans

SecureFi.AI may offer a free plan with limited features, limited check-ins, limited history, limited access to Advanced Threats, limited or no AI Advisor access, limited or no Evidence Pack access, and other limits.

Free plan limits may change at any time.

SecureFi.AI may suspend, restrict, or terminate free accounts that violate the Terms of Use, exceed fair-use limits, create abuse risk, or create operational risk.

Paid Plans

Paid plans may include access to additional check-ins, saved history, Advanced Threats, AI Advisor, Evidence Pack, proactive alerts, Minor & Teen resources, data broker tracking, family features, organization features, or other features.

Paid plan features vary by plan tier. Feature availability may also depend on billing period, trial status, promotional status, founding member status, organization account status, or technical availability.

SecureFi.AI may impose fair-use limits, rate limits, cost controls, token limits, storage limits, or abuse-prevention limits on any plan.

Check-In Limits

SecureFi.AI uses the term “check-in” to describe a user-submitted item, concern, message, link, voicemail transcript, app link, AI answer, phone call description, money request, family concern, or similar input submitted for review.

Plans may include a limited number of check-ins per month or billing period.

Check-in allowances are not cash equivalents, are not transferable, and may not roll over unless expressly stated.

SecureFi.AI may count a check-in when the user submits content for analysis, even if the output is later saved, dismissed, or not used.

SecureFi.AI may prevent additional check-ins when a user reaches the applicable plan limit.

AI Advisor Limits

AI Advisor may be available only on certain plans.

AI Advisor may be subject to daily message limits, context limits, token limits, conversation history limits, cost controls, circuit breakers, rate limits, fair-use limits, and temporary unavailability.

SecureFi.AI may temporarily restrict AI Advisor access to protect the service, control abuse, manage costs, respond to provider outages, or comply with safety controls.

AI Advisor message allowances are not cash equivalents, are not transferable, and may not roll over unless expressly stated.

Evidence Pack Limits

Evidence Pack may be available only on certain plans.

Certain plans may include a limited number of Evidence Packs, one active Evidence Pack, unlimited Evidence Packs, PDF export, or other features.

Evidence Pack helps users document incidents, but SecureFi.AI does not guarantee recovery of funds, restoration of accounts, success of reports, acceptance by law enforcement, acceptance by banks, or any other outcome.

SecureFi.AI does not submit reports, contact banks, contact law enforcement, contact government agencies, contact hotlines, contact attorneys, or contact other third parties on the user’s behalf unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Data Broker Tracking

Data broker tracking may be available only on certain plans.

SecureFi.AI may provide opt-out links, instructions, status tracking, reminders, and renewal tracking.

Unless a future feature and separate terms expressly provide otherwise, SecureFi.AI does not automatically submit data broker opt-out requests on behalf of users.

Users are responsible for submitting opt-out requests and confirming the accuracy of opt-out status.

Family and Household Plans

Family or household plans may allow a user to use SecureFi.AI for themselves and a limited number of family members, household members, or people they assist, subject to plan limits.

Family plan users are responsible for obtaining permission or lawful authority before submitting content about another person.

Family and household plan features may include shared check-in allowances, household profiles, family safety content, Minor & Teen guidance, or related features.

SecureFi.AI may modify family plan features prospectively.

Organization-Sponsored Access

SecureFi.AI may provide access through an employer, membership organization, financial institution, legal firm, school, association, partner, government contractor, or other organization.

Organization-sponsored access may be subject to seat limits, contract terms, manual provisioning, organization billing, plan tier restrictions, eligibility requirements, and additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or authorized by the user, organizational sponsors may receive seat status, subscription status, aggregate usage information, and account administration information, but should not receive individual check-in content, AI Advisor conversations, Evidence Packs, or personal submitted content.

Organization-sponsored access may end if the organization’s contract ends, the user is no longer eligible, the seat is removed, or the organization or SecureFi.AI terminates the arrangement.

Billing Provider

SecureFi.AI may use Stripe or another third-party payment processor to process payments, manage billing, store payment methods, issue invoices, process refunds if applicable, and manage subscription changes.

SecureFi.AI does not store full payment card information.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment processor’s own terms, privacy policy, and security practices.

Billing Periods

Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other billing period.

Monthly plans renew monthly unless canceled.

Annual plans renew annually unless canceled.

The billing period, price, renewal date, trial terms, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout or in the billing account page.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the renewal date, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SecureFi.AI or its payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges disclosed at checkout.

Free Trials

SecureFi.AI may offer free trials for certain plans.

Trial length, eligible plans, required payment method, conversion rules, and cancellation requirements will be displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, if a payment method is required and the trial is not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription and the payment method will be charged.

SecureFi.AI may limit trial eligibility and may prevent repeated trials.

Founding Member Offers

SecureFi.AI may offer a founding member promotion to early users.

Founding member offers may include discounted annual pricing, locked pricing, special badges, limited availability, maximum redemption counts, expiration dates, or other promotional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Founding member pricing may be conditioned on maintaining an active subscription in good standing. If a founding member subscription is canceled, terminated, unpaid, or allowed to lapse, founding member pricing may be lost unless SecureFi.AI states otherwise in writing.

Founding member benefits are not transferable unless SecureFi.AI expressly permits transfer in writing.

SecureFi.AI may end the founding member offer when the stated cap is reached, the stated date passes, or the offer is otherwise discontinued.

Friend and Family Founder Codes

SecureFi.AI may issue limited friend and family founder codes or other promotional codes.

Founder codes may provide discounts, special pricing, or recognition badges.

Founder codes may be single-use, recipient-specific, non-transferable, revocable, and subject to expiration.

SecureFi.AI may reject, revoke, or disable a code if it is invalid, already redeemed, misused, transferred, publicly posted, or used in violation of the offer terms.

Coupons, Discounts, and Promotions

Coupons, discounts, and promotions may be subject to eligibility rules, expiration dates, redemption limits, plan restrictions, billing-period restrictions, and other conditions.

Unless expressly stated, discounts apply only to the subscription fee and do not apply to taxes, fees, third-party charges, add-ons, or future products.

SecureFi.AI may correct pricing errors, coupon errors, or promotion errors to the extent permitted by law.

Upgrades

Users may upgrade to a higher plan if available.

Unless otherwise stated, upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge, immediate charge, or billing adjustment through the payment processor.

Feature access may update after the payment processor confirms the upgrade.

Downgrades

Users may downgrade to a lower plan if available.

Unless otherwise stated, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

When a downgrade takes effect, access to higher-tier features may be reduced or removed. This may affect AI Advisor history, Evidence Pack limits, Advanced Threats features, family features, organization features, data broker tracking, saved history, and other plan-limited features.

SecureFi.AI may retain or delete data according to its Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions through the billing account page, Stripe customer portal, payment platform, or other method provided by SecureFi.AI.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, the user may retain paid access until the end of the current billing period unless the account is terminated for violation of the Terms of Use or other applicable terms.

Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable.

SecureFi.AI may, in its discretion, provide credits, refunds, or exceptions.

Annual subscriptions, founding member subscriptions, promotional subscriptions, and partial billing periods may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.

Failed Payments and Past Due Accounts

If a payment fails, SecureFi.AI or its payment processor may retry the payment, request updated payment information, restrict access, downgrade the account, suspend paid features, or cancel the subscription.

Users are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

SecureFi.AI may display in-app notices or send communications about failed payments, expiring trials, upcoming renewals, or required account action.

Taxes

Subscription fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, fees, or government charges related to the subscription, except for taxes based on SecureFi.AI’s income.

Platform and App Store Purchases

SecureFi.AI may be available through the web, progressive web application, mobile browser, app store, or other platform.

Web subscriptions may be managed through SecureFi.AI or its payment processor.

If SecureFi.AI later offers subscriptions through an app store or platform billing system, additional platform terms, billing rules, cancellation rules, refund rules, and subscription management rules may apply.

Users should review the applicable platform terms when purchasing through a platform.

Subscription Restoration

SecureFi.AI may provide a “restore subscription” or billing sync feature to help users refresh subscription status after purchase, plan change, payment update, app installation, or device change.

Subscription restoration does not create a new subscription and does not guarantee access if payment, platform, or account records cannot be verified.

Plan Changes and Feature Changes

SecureFi.AI may change plan names, plan limits, features, prices, usage allowances, trial availability, or promotions prospectively.

SecureFi.AI will provide notice where required by law or applicable platform rules.

SecureFi.AI may temporarily restrict or disable features for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, provider outages, cost controls, or operational reasons.

Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

SecureFi.AI may apply fair-use controls, rate limits, token limits, request limits, storage limits, API cost limits, circuit breakers, throttling, or temporary restrictions to protect the service and other users.

SecureFi.AI may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass usage limits, exploit promotional offers, abuse AI Advisor, overload the service, create excessive cost, submit malicious content, or violate the Terms of Use.

No Professional Services Included

Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, SecureFi.AI subscriptions do not include legal services, financial advisory services, tax services, medical services, cybersecurity incident response services, law enforcement services, insurance claims assistance, bank recovery services, investigation services, or reporting services.

Account Ownership and Transfer

Subscriptions are intended for the account holder or authorized household, family, or organization use based on the plan purchased.

Subscriptions, founding member benefits, founder codes, discounts, and promotional benefits may not be transferred, resold, assigned, shared publicly, or commercially exploited unless SecureFi.AI expressly permits it in writing.

Changes to These Subscription Terms

SecureFi.AI may update these Subscription Terms. We will provide notice of material changes as appropriate.

Continued use of paid features after updated Subscription Terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
