These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SecureFi.AI, including our website, application, beta tools, check-in features, AI-assisted analysis, AI Advisor, Advanced Threats, Threat Intel, Resources, Evidence Pack, Self-Certify integrity notices, reports, results, and related services.

By accessing or using SecureFi.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use SecureFi.AI.

If you use SecureFi.AI on behalf of another person, family member, household member, organization, employer, client, or other third party, you represent that you have authority or permission to do so.

What SecureFi.AI Does

SecureFi.AI provides confidence-based risk guidance, source verification support, threat awareness, and practical next-step guidance for suspicious, uncertain, or concerning situations.

Users may submit or describe messages, emails, texts, voicemails, voicemail transcripts, AI-generated answers, social media posts, links, websites, app store links, financial requests, family concerns, phone calls, suspicious apps, data breach notices, government notices, or other items for review.

SecureFi.AI may provide: risk classification, plain-language explanation, signals detected, confidence level, recommended actions, actions to avoid, verification guidance, source-related guidance, relevant threat intelligence, recovery guidance, Evidence Pack support, and suggested official reporting pathways.

SecureFi.AI is designed to help users pause and verify before they click, reply, pay, download, share information, install an app, trust an AI-generated answer, or otherwise act.

Guidance Only, Not Professional Advice

SecureFi.AI does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, healthcare, mental health, law enforcement, emergency, cybersecurity incident response, insurance, banking, or other professional advice.

SecureFi.AI outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to your specific situation.

You remain responsible for your decisions. For high-risk matters, you should verify through trusted official channels and consult appropriate professionals, institutions, law enforcement, emergency services, financial institutions, healthcare providers, legal counsel, tax advisors, cybersecurity professionals, or other qualified parties.

SecureFi.AI does not replace your bank, law enforcement, attorney, financial advisor, physician, school, employer, insurance provider, government agency, or emergency services.

No Guarantee of Accuracy, Safety, or Outcome

SecureFi.AI does not guarantee that any message, link, website, phone call, voicemail, app, request, communication, AI answer, alert, source, person, organization, or situation is safe, unsafe, fraudulent, legitimate, malicious, trustworthy, or untrustworthy.

SecureFi.AI provides confidence-based guidance based on available information, known threat patterns, user-provided context, available sources, and system analysis. A result marked lower risk may still be unsafe. A result marked higher risk may turn out to be legitimate. Users should independently verify before acting.

SecureFi.AI does not guarantee recovery of funds, restoration of accounts, prevention of identity theft, prevention of fraud, successful reporting, successful chargeback, successful bank action, successful law enforcement response, or any other specific outcome.

Emergency and Safety Matters

SecureFi.AI is not an emergency service. Do not use SecureFi.AI as a substitute for calling 911, local emergency services, law enforcement, a crisis hotline, a medical professional, a child protection agency, or other appropriate emergency resource.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.

If a child may be in danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate official reporting resource. SecureFi.AI may display warning signs and resources, but it does not make determinations about abuse, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, coercion, or criminal conduct.

Minor and Teen Safety

SecureFi.AI may include Minor & Teen safety content, family safety content, platform safety guidance, and warning-sign guidance related to online exploitation, sextortion, grooming, social media threats, gaming platform threats, child identity theft, student fraud, and related risks.

SecureFi.AI uses warning-sign language only. SecureFi.AI does not determine whether exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, coercion, or any crime occurred.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services. For online child exploitation concerns, users may be directed to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline at cybertipline.org. For trafficking-related concerns, users may be directed to the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.

Users should not submit explicit images, intimate images, child sexual abuse material, or other unlawful or highly sensitive content to SecureFi.AI.

AI Advisor

SecureFi.AI may offer an AI Advisor feature that allows users to ask questions about current threats, prior check-ins, source verification, recovery steps, personal risk context, and SecureFi.AI features.

AI Advisor is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is intended to operate within SecureFi.AI's domain of fraud prevention, scam awareness, source verification, digital safety, AI-output risk, family safety, privacy awareness, recovery guidance, and related personal risk intelligence.

AI Advisor responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to your specific situation.

AI Advisor does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, law enforcement, emergency, or professional advice. It does not make determinations about crimes, exploitation, abuse, trafficking, identity theft, fraud, or legal liability.

AI Advisor may be subject to plan limits, daily message limits, token limits, rate limits, cost controls, fair-use rules, or temporary unavailability.

Advanced Threats and Threat Intelligence

SecureFi.AI may provide threat intelligence, Advanced Threats panels, active alerts, data breach cards, source verification tools, privacy and surveillance guidance, AI and emerging threat guidance, Minor & Teen safety content, systemic and geopolitical risk alerts, fake app warnings, data broker guidance, and related resources.

Threat alerts and source information may be curated, enriched, summarized, reviewed, or derived from official sources, public sources, trusted organizations, vendor sources, partner sources, or internal SecureFi analysis. Alerts may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, inaccurate, or changed after publication.

Users should verify critical matters through official sources before acting.

Evidence Pack

SecureFi.AI may offer an Evidence Pack feature to help users organize information after a suspected scam, fraud, account compromise, payment loss, suspicious app installation, identity concern, or similar incident.

Evidence Pack is for user convenience and documentation support only. SecureFi.AI does not guarantee that an Evidence Pack will be accepted by a bank, law enforcement agency, court, government agency, payment provider, attorney, insurer, or other organization.

SecureFi.AI does not file reports, submit police reports, submit FBI IC3 complaints, submit FTC complaints, submit CFPB complaints, contact banks, contact payment providers, contact law enforcement, or contact any third party on your behalf unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
