How it works

A dashboard looks the same every morning, which is how people stop looking at it. A handover is what one shift gives the next: what happened, what is still open, what somebody else owes you, and what did not move.

What was checked and came back quiet, and whether every source actually answered. If one did not, the page says so instead of implying a clean bill of health.

Waiting on somebody else is a record in its own right, not a side effect of an email SecureFi sent. Anyone can add one the moment they ask a question, however they asked it.

The record
The record builds while your team works.
Every response your team records becomes part of the organization’s own history, with the person and the date on it. SecureFi records what your team reported. It does not claim to have verified that the work was done unless it has something that actually establishes it.
What is kept
- Who reviewed a finding, and when
- What they reported doing, in their own words
- Who they contacted, and what came back
- Answers still outstanding, and the follow-up date
- Revisit dates on anything the business decided to accept for now
- References, and the source event behind it all
The history accumulated while the team did the work. It was not reconstructed the week before a renewal or a review. And SecureFi never holds your historical record hostage to renewal: if monitoring ends, an exported record states the period it actually covers, so it can never imply monitoring that did not happen.
What reaches you
Three emails, and nothing else.
A product that emails you constantly gets filtered, and then it is worth nothing on the morning it matters. SecureFi sends the morning handover, anything genuinely urgent, and a nudge when somebody owes you an answer past its date.

The same four sections, at seven in the morning, so the day starts with what changed rather than with a login.
Anything urgent
A flaw the source itself says is being exploited, on something you depend on. Not a daily digest of everything, and never an alert we invented.
An answer nobody gave
The follow-up date passes on a question you asked a vendor, and whoever is chasing it hears about it.
Each person picks for themselves: everything, only what is urgent, or nothing by email. Turning email off never changes what somebody can see when they open the handover, and every message carries a link that stops that business emailing that person, without touching anything else.

Selling connected products into the EU?
Where it applies, this would add context to what you already track: the product and revision affected, the support period you declared, the supplier you asked, and a record of when your organization confirmed it was aware. Like the rest of Product Watch, it is not built yet.
SecureFi shows a finding and records when your organization confirmed awareness of it. Those are two different moments, and SecureFi keeps them apart. It does not determine conformity, does not decide whether an event is reportable, and does not describe itself or your products as compliant. Whether reporting is required is a judgement for your organization and your counsel.
